Scourge will be better at soloing champions but Reaper is one of the best power builds for that too. As far as just overall great Solo specs go scourge, condi willbender, renegade, mechanist, condi weaver, mirage, condi soulbeast, condi untamed are all excellent. There's more too but those are off the top of my head.

Suddenly guild wars 2 comes around, removes the narrative wrapping from the quests, ignores most of the advancements in quest design the genre has gone through and delivers a unique approach that fuses all of the downsides of oldschool grinding and modern themepark quests without any of the flavor of either. I really enjoy mine, and soulbeast is pretty sweet, but base ranger is still pretty good at endgame if you don't have the x-pacs. Hunter has very high ranged damage, is easy to travel around with teleport and movement buff skills and his survivability is "things can't hit me if they're dead". Warden is a great and fun solo class, but it's hard to learn for a begginner. Able to go melee, ranged and AoE. Has movement buff and travel skills. z2NZJ9.
